| Course Description: | This short course, 2 x 2.5 hr sessions, has been developed to assist participants to become independent, self-directed and fully accountable in their lives, whether it be work, school or personal. The course is entertaining and practical and conducted in a comfortable, local learning environment. Currently working with the Australian London Olympic Team, Barry Grant's Effective Thinking Skills Seminars use Sports Psychology techniques to empower people by addressing the fundamental barriers and limitations to personal growth - Beliefs, Expectations, Attitudes, Habits and Work Practices. |
