Sweeten the Paddock

Course Description: Turn your pastures into a restaurant. "It is easier for me to do what the land needs than for the land to do what I want". Apply simple techniques to transform the microbial structure of the soil so that grasses such as African Lovegrass sweeten up for cattle to eat.
