Responsible Conduct of Gambling (R.C.G)
| Course Description: | If you are seeking employment within the gaming industry, the completion of the RCG certificate is a legal requirement. By law, all full time and permanent part time/casual staff and promotional personnel, whose work is involved with gaming related duties, must complete an accredited Responsible Conduct of Gambling course. Gaming industry employees who are working in the gaming machine area of an approved venue are required to undertake an approved course within six months of commencing employment, and an approved refresher course within three years following completion of an approved course. The Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certificate is Nationally Recognised. After completing the RCG unit, you'll be able to work in premises that have gaming machines as well as learn the importance of responsible conduct of gambling. |
