CIC - Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)
| Course Description: | To work on a construction site in Australia it is compulsory for everyone to hold a current Occupation Health and Safety Certificate, known as a 'White Card'. The White Card is proof of completion of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) induction training within the construction industry. It allows individuals to access or be present on construction sites. It requires the ability to demonstrate personal awareness of OHS legislative requirements, and the basic principles of risk management and prevention of injury and illness in the construction industry. Upon successful completion of the course you will be issued with a Satement of Training and a Statement of Attainment. The Statement of Training will act as an interim White Card for 30 days until the actual White Card has been processed and dispatched by WorkCover. |
